Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
My name is George and I am an inmate in Lancaster State Prison. This is a pic of me and my dog that I am training. I am in the Dog Rescue Program called Paws for Life.
I am now and for some time a child of God. I was a former gang member high on PCP the night I took a man’s life for killing my cousin.
I have been incarcerated for 30 years now for that homicide. But God delivered me out of that darkness into His marvelous light. I loved that reckless lifestyle, that I was living as a gang member. I loved the reputation I had and respected by the older gang members from all over Los Angeles. But God had a better plan for my life and by obeying His voice I have repented of that criminal lifestyle.
I know it was for the Gods mercy, I’m alive today and not dead like the man I killed. I know God has led me step-by-step and I’ve repented from my sins and I am filled with the Holy Spirit. I look back on that evil lifestyle I was involved in and I can see how God saved my life many different times. I can tell everyone without any doubt if you listen to God ‘s voice through His Holy Spirit, you live a life of abundance. God will take you and keep you so you can save others.
I’m thankful for God and his mercy on my life. I thank Dr. Emerick and his wife Claudia who have faithfully ministered to those that have been forgotten by society.
