Harvest Evangelistic Association Year End Report for 2023
Claudia and Dr. Emerick have been ministering at CDC Lancaster State Prison, California City State Prison as teachers and volunteer chaplains. However, in 2024 we will be concentrating our efforts on supplying Bible Study material and Christian books via correspondence to those in prison. We will still counsel and teach in person or via zoom as the Lord opens the doors for ministry in different venues.
Dr. Emerick stated that since January of this year they have been teaching and preaching to about 100 men who attend both two English Sunday Services. We have approximately every Sunday. Many of these men have either known the Lord and others with us have rededicated their lives to Christ. And 27 men so far have accepted Jesus as their personal savior for the first time. Out of these 100 plus men 25 have begun to take classes in our Correspondence Bible Institute. We have had a total of 3290 total visits for the year in our prison ministries program. We had our first Bible Institute graduate from our two-year program Mr. Robert Lopez. And we have a total of 25 people who are currently enrolled in the bible institute both in the prison and others who are taking these classes. We have given each student bible study material covering the New Testament and different themes such as Salvation, Divine Healing, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, How to Evangelize, and the Doctrines of God, How to Pray, etc. We have given out a total of 6800 books, tracts, teachings, etc
We have produced 127 teachings on our YouTube channel both English and Spanish. This involved an approximate total of 600 hours of prayer, research, and development in making the videos. We have 170 people who have subscribed to the channel as of May of this year. We have had this year a total of 5,821 views of the videos we have developed. And on the website, we have had 6188 views. We also have reached out this year via LinkedIn and had a total of 6,980 views. We have had visit the webpage from United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, Japan, Germany, France, Philippines, Kenya, Sweden, Canada, Singapore, Netherlands, Pakistan and India. We have conducted with 425 people either personal emails, letters sent and or group Christian teaching and counseling sessions in churches or other events either face-to-face or conducted by Zoom in the United States and abroad which resulted in approximately 400 hours of intervention.
Our total income for this donations recd this year came to $19,787. Our Expenses came to $20,284. We have donated a total of $6,046 to families and ministries.
And we have 6 families and/or individuals who are supporting the ministry that helps make all of the above ministries possible. Dr. Emerick and his wife Claudia thanked everyone who had made this ministry possible.
